Grilled fish tacos

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommas out there!!

This is one of our favorites around here! Lucy ate two tacos tonight!! It is light, healthy and pretty fabulous!

What you need:

For the fish:
2-3 tilapia filets
1 lime
1 bunch of cilantro
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

In a chopper or food processor mix: olive oil, cilantro and lime. This creates your marinade for the fish. Pour on the fish and set aside. When ready to grill, if thawed it should only take a couple minutes on each side! Fish flakes apart when cooked.

For the toppings:
1 cup of Broccoli slaw
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp of hot sauce

Mix these three together and set aside.

1 ripe a a avocado
2 chopped ripe Roma tomatoes
I can Ortega chilies

Mix together. Set aside

Layer on a flour or corn tortilla and enjoy!

*we ate them too fast for a picture!! 😊
