Beer cheese fondue

What you need:
2 blocks sharp of cheddar cheese
1 block sharp of white cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 bottle of beer

What to do:
Throw it in a slow cooker!
Stir occasionally, cook for 4 hours on low.

Dippers:
Granny Smith apples (my fav!)
French bread
Soft pretzels
Red bell peppers
Fresh broccoli
